Machine learning

In this session, Tom (Chuong) Do, and Ian Witten will participate in a discussion of machine learning. Tom (Chuong) Do will present on the use of machine learning at Coursera, and Ian Witten will present a brief summary of Weka, one of the most widely-used tools for machine learning. Then there will be a discussion involving the panelists, regarding how machine learning tools can be enhanced to support the emerging research and practice in learning analytics.
